Booking Policy

Group dining bookings for up to 20 guests:

You can book online for group dining up to 20 guests.

Groups of 1–9 guests:

- No card authorisation is required to secure the booking. However, we kindly ask that you cancel or amend your booking online at least 4 hours prior to your reservation, using the link in your confirmation email, if you're unable to attend.

Groups of 10–20 guests:

- A card authorisation is required to secure the booking. You will not be charged unless you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your booking time, in which case a £10 per person fee applies. You can amend or cancel your booking online, up to 24 hours prior, by following instructions in your confirmation email.

Groups of 21+ guests are invited to enjoy our Taste of Arcade sharing menus, ensuring an abundance of delicious Arcade favourites, served swiftly to your tables.

• Bookings made more than 48 hours in advance: A 25% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due at least 48 hours before your reservation.
• Bookings made less than 48 hours in advance: Full payment is required at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• You can amend or cancel your booking up until 48 hours prior to the date and time by contacting our team.
• Bookings of 21+ guests with a card authorisation can also amend or cancel their booking up to 48 hours prior by contacting our team, otherwise a £10pp late cancellation fee will be applied.

Private Dining Room, Semi-Private & Full Venue Hire

• All quotes are valid for 48 hours.
• A non-refundable, non-transferable 25% deposit (of the agreed minimum spend or total event cost, whichever is higher) is required to confirm the booking.
• Semi-private and full venue hire bookings also require a signed contract between the client and Arcade.

Payment Schedule

• Private dining room: balance due 14 days prior to the event.
• Semi-private or full venue hire: balance due 28 days prior to the event.

A food and beverage pre-order, including all dietary requirements and allergies, must be provided to finalise the function sheet.

If this is not received at least 7 days before the event, the venue will create a function sheet up to the contracted total based on its recommendations. Any amendments will be at the venue’s discretion.
