Booking Policy

You can book online for up to 20 guests at Arcade Tottenham Court Road and Battersea Power Station and up to 15 guests at Arcade Covent Garden. 

Groups of 1–9 guests: 
No card authorisation is required to secure the booking. However, we kindly ask that you cancel or amend your booking online at least 4 hours prior to your reservation, using the link in your confirmation email, if you're unable to attend. 

Groups of 10–20 guests:
A card authorisation is required to secure the booking. You will not be charged unless you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your booking time, in which case a £10 per person fee applies. You can amend or cancel your booking online, up to 24 hours prior, by following instructions in your confirmation email. 

Group dining bookings of 21+ guests (at Tottenham Court Road and Battersea Power Station) and 16+ guests (at Covent Garden) are invited to enjoy our sharing menus, ensuring an abundance of delicious Arcade favourites, served swiftly to your tables, which can be booked via our Events Team ([email protected]). 

• Bookings made more than 48 hours in advance:
  - A 25% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due at least 48 hours before your reservation. 
• Bookings made less than 48 hours in advance: 
  - Full payment is required at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. 
• You can amend or cancel your booking up until 48 hours prior to the date and time by contacting our team. 
• Bookings with a card authorisation can also amend or cancel their booking up to 48 hours prior by contacting our team, otherwise a £10pp late cancellation fee will be applied. 

Private dining room, semi-private area and full venue hire events:

• All quotes or proposals are valid for 48 hours. 
• A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 25% of the agreed minimum spend (or total event cost, if higher) is required to confirm your event.
  - Semi-private and full venue hire bookings also require a signed contract between you (the client) and Arcade (the venue). 
• The remaining balance is due:
  - 14 days prior for private dining room or semi-private area events
  - 28 days prior for half or full venue hire events (including the Tap Room at Battersea Power Station)
• A food and beverage pre-order, along with all guest dietary requirements (including allergies), is required to complete the event function sheet. 
• If this is not provided at least 7 days before the event, a function sheet will be created by the Events Team up to the value of the contracted total, based on the venue’s recommendations. Any changes will be at the venue’s discretion.
• Within 27-7 days of the booking date, a decrease in number of guests will mean you will have a choice of still receiving the full package / menu or pre-order allocation as per original number of guests or converting monies paid associated with the decrease in guest numbers from a package / menu to any other additional food and drinks or a bar tab (non-refundable and non-transferrable) to be used during the booking.
• Within 6 days of the booking date, the food and drink allocation of your chosen package /menu or pre-order associated with the decrease in guest numbers will still be served for your group on the day of the booking and can not be converted into a bar tab or credit for future events.
• If you wish for the food (for the guests unable to attend) to not be served to avoid food waste, we would really appreciate you notifying us at least 2 days prior to your booking date so we can avoid unnecessary food preparation.
• If the decrease in number of guests is by 40% or more, we will discuss with you a reduction in the size of the allocated area or an alternative space to ensure your group has the best possible experience.
   

All booking types:

• Any pre-paid, unused monies on the day of the booking or event are non-refundable and non-transferable after the event end. 
• Additional food and drinks ordered on the day are subject to availability and must be paid for at the venue.
