Supa Ya is the creation of chef Luke Findlay, what began as a Stoke Newington supper club evolved into one of London’s most talked-about noodle concepts. Through Arcade Create, Supa Ya has grown from neighborhood favourite to structured brand - retaining its character while building operational depth and long-term potential.

Founders of a much-loved neighbourhood pizzeria in St Albans, James and Grace built their following on simplicity, quality ingredients, and NY-style pies done properly. Partnering with Arcade Create allowed Gracey’s to move into central London with confidence - refining operations, strengthening identity, and positioning the brand for continued growth beyond its original footprint.

Chef, farmer, and long-time champion of regional Thai cuisine, Luke Farrell has built a reputation for precision, produce-led cooking and cultural depth. Known for Plaza Khao Gaeng and Speedboat Bar, Luke partnered with Arcade Create to expand his South East Asian portfolio - developing concepts including Phed Power and Bebek! Bebek! With Arcade Create, his work moves from cult-followed restaurants to scalable, regionally focused brands rooted in authenticity.

The duo behind TĀ TĀ Eatery, Ana Gonçalves and Zijun Meng bring fine dining pedigree and technical precision to Solis - Arcade Create’s Iberian and Latin-inspired grill concept. Built around open fire, and clarity of flavour, Solis has become a standout within the platform. With Arcade Create's support, the concept evolved from chef-driven idea to scalable brand with strong cultural and commercial traction.

Manna was built through the Arcade Create platform in collaboration with founder Feroz Gajia of Bake Street. Developed from a clear point of view - crisp-edged smash burgers, disciplined simplicity, and comfort-driven flavour - Manna was designed from the outset to scale.
The brand was first tested and refined at Arcade TCR, before expanding into Arcade BPS, where it proved its strength across higher volumes and a broader audience. With demand established and operations optimised, Manna moved beyond the Arcade ecosystem.
In 2025, Manna launched internationally in Dubai, marking its first expansion into a new region. The opening demonstrated Arcade Create's ability to take a founder-led concept from local following to international growth - without losing identity, quality, or relevance.

Gracey’s Pizza was developed by founders Grace Surman and James Woodley, a team whose love of East Coast and New Haven-inspired pizza grew from a side hustle into a widely celebrated pizzeria. Originally from St Albans, with long-fermented dough and crisp, charred pies, Gracey’s quickly earned critical acclaim and a devoted following.
After successful pop-ups and residencies at Arcade Battersea Power Station, Gracey’s took the next step with a permanent restaurant at Arcade Tottenham Court Road in late 2025, bringing its signature pizzas and expanded menu to the heart of London. Recognised on lists highlighting London’s best pizza and praised by local press for its quality and consistency, Gracey’s continues to blend neighbourhood soul with capital-wide appeal, demonstrating how Arcade Create supports chef-led brands from local favourite to destination dining.

Solis was developed and launched through the Arcade Create platform as a focused, fire-led grill concept built for mass-appeal. The brand made its standalone debut at Battersea Power Station in October 2023, establishing itself quickly as a serious contender within London’s competitive dining scene. A counter followed at Arcade Tottenham Court Road, extending its reach into another high-footfall location and proving the model across formats.
Since opening, Solis has built a strong base of repeat customers and maintains consistent five-star reviews, reflecting both product quality and operational strength. The concept has attracted sustained positive press and online attention, with social platforms amplifying standout dishes and driving continued demand.
