    ZYLIA

Zylia is a Greek Cypriot taverna by chef Nick Molyviatis and Barry Karacostas. Shaped by Nick’s Athens upbringing and Barry’s Cypriot heritage, it brings together the shared traditions and distinct character of both cultures - where food is built on memory, gathering, and time spent around the table.

Centred around a charcoal grill, the menu moves from warm, handmade pitta and mezze to dishes such as slow-cooked lamb kleftiko, sheftalia and grilled souvlaki, alongside spanakopita, prawn saganaki and syrup-soaked galaktompoureko.

    MANNA

Manna is London’s original smash burger. Born from a love of American diner food and powered by London’s street culture, Manna serves fresh beef onto a screaming-hot grill for crisp, lacy edges, then stacked high with melted cheese and housemade sauces. It’s all halal, all made by hand and always done properly. From Arcade counters to standalone restaurants, now in London, Dubai and Riyadh.

Bao

BAO brings its cult Taiwanese bun brand to Arcade Battersea, led by founders Erchen Chang, Shing Tat Chung, and Wai Ting Chung. What began as a Hackney street‑food stall in 2012 has grown into one of London’s most loved restaurants.

At Battersea, BAO debuts its noodle‑shop concept, serving two styles of Taiwanese beef noodle soup, slow‑braised Taipei‑style and lighter, soy-based Tainan‑style, alongside signature buns like the Classic Pork Bao, Beef Short Rib, and Taiwanese Fried Chicken.

Phed Power

PHED POWER serves up a riot of heat, smoke and big flavour, taking you on a journey across the streets, night markets and hawker stalls of Southeast Asia and beyond. The menu roams from Bangkok to Hong Kong to North Sumatra, bringing together dishes with very different roots on one table. Start with smoky Chicken Satay and Tiger Prawn Skewers, a nod to the grills found across Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia, or share the Satay Skewer Platter. From Thailand comes fiery Pad Grapao with unapologetic spice, while Hong Kong’s Cantonese roast houses inspire the sticky Char Siu Pork and Sorrowful Rice. Head south to Sumatra for Mie Gomak Goreng, the island’s punchy wok-fried noodles, and finish with Green Beans in Black Bean & Garlic, a classic of the Chinese kitchen.
