Meet the TCR Taste Makers
From Middle Eastern mezze to inventive takes on Mexican cooking, Arcade Tottenham Court Road brings together a focused group of chefs shaping contemporary global dining in the heart of the West End. Luke Farrell leads Plaza Khao Gaeng with punchy Southern Thai dishes full of heat and depth, while Luke Findlay reimagines ramen through a London lens at Supa Ya. These are kitchens with character.
Manna
Manna serves cult smash burgers and crispy fried chicken at Arcade in Tottenham Court Road and Battersea. From Bake Street’s Feroz Gajia, the menu hits hard with American diner classics: double patties, hot chicken, loaded fries and thick shakes. Big flavour. No fuss. All fire.

Gracey's
Gracey’s is one of London’s most celebrated pizza joints, founded by James Woodley and Grace Surman. Originally from St Albans, their New Haven-style pizzas earned a cult following for their crispy-yet-chewy bases, rich homemade sauces, and high-quality, thoughtfully sourced toppings.

Solis
Solis is the passion project of chefs Ana Gonçalves and Zijun Meng (of TĀ TĀ Eatery fame), named after explorer Juan Díaz de Solis. Inspired by Spain, Portugal, Uruguay & Argentina grill culture, Solis redefines simple, flavour-first cooking. Menu highlights include their signature spatchcock chicken painted in smoked Aji‑Aji oil, flat‑iron steak with peppery entrecôte sauce, and sides like crispy beef croquetas, grilled corn with lime‑chilli crema, and Huevos Rellenos devilled eggs. Don’t miss the ultra-popular Torta de Queso cheesecake or the indulgent Torta de Chocolate, baked fresh daily.

Plaza Khao Gaeng
Plaza Khao Gaeng delivers authentic, soulful Southern Thai flavours to London. Crafted by chef Luke Farrell (also behind Speedboat Bar), the menu centres on khao gaeng - rice served with a variety of curries. Dishes like Gaeng Som Talay (sour orange seafood curry), Khua Kling Muu (dry fried pork shoulder), and Gaeng Massaman Neua (beef shoulder curry) are made using fresh curry pastes and herbs grown in Luke's greenhouses in Dorset. Experience a true taste of Southern Thailand, right in the heart of London.
Exclusively available at Arcade Tottenham Court Road.

MEXA
Mexa is a flavour-packed tribute to regional Mexican cooking, rooted in heritage and inspired by family recipes. Named after a term of endearment in Mexico, it brings together tacos, quesadillas, and vibrant seafood dishes that balance depth, heat, and freshness. Menu highlights include crispy Baja fish tacos, cheese-stuffed quesadillas, and slow-cooked Beef Birria - generous, comforting plates full of character.

SUPA YA
Born from a Stoke Newington supper club, Supa Ya has always been about breaking the rules. What began as bowls of “traditionally inauthentic” ramen shared around long tables quickly built a cult following - powered by knock-out broths and a DIY spirit that flipped tradition on its head.
Behind the brand is chef Luke Findlay, whose playful approach to flavour was shaped in some of London’s best kitchens - from The Hand & Flowers and NOPI to Berber&Q. With Supa Ya, Luke set out to reimagine ramen through a London lens: comforting, inventive, and challenging the status-quo.
Now, the ramen revival lands at Arcade. Expect broth that builds, noodles that slurp, and flavours that collide - all served with the same rebellious energy that’s made Supa Ya one of London’s most talked-about noodle joints since 2021.

SHATTA & TOUM
Shatta & Toum brings charcoal-spun shawarma and vibrant mezze to Arcade. Each khobez wrap is layered with marinated chicken or crisp falafel, balanced by fiery shatta and cooling garlic toum. Pair it with hummus, grilled aubergine, fresh fattoush, or lamb kofta for a generous Middle Eastern spread designed for sharing.
