Manna
Manna serves cult smash burgers and crispy fried chicken at Arcade in Tottenham Court Road and Battersea. From Bake Street’s Feroz Gajia, the menu hits hard with American diner classics: double patties, hot chicken, loaded fries and thick shakes. Big flavour. No fuss. All fire.

Bao
BAO brings its cult Taiwanese bun brand to Arcade Battersea, led by founders Erchen Chang, Shing Tat Chung, and Wai Ting Chung. What began as a Hackney street‑food stall in 2012 has grown into one of London’s most loved restaurants.
At Battersea, BAO debuts its noodle‑shop concept, serving two styles of Taiwanese beef noodle soup, slow‑braised Taipei‑style and lighter, soy-based Tainan‑style, alongside signature buns like the Classic Pork Bao, Beef Short Rib, and Taiwanese Fried Chicken.

Siu Siu
Siu Siu serves up soulful Cantonese comfort food available at both Arcade Battersea and Tottenham Court Road, the menu celebrates nostalgic family favourites - from golden sesame-crusted prawn toast and silky cheung fun to crisp roast meats and oven-roasted char siu pork, finished on the grill and served with steamed rice, pickled greens and a fried egg. Simple, satisfying dishes made to share.

Solis
Solis is the passion project of chefs Ana Gonçalves and Zijun Meng (of TĀ TĀ Eatery fame), named after explorer Juan Díaz de Solis. Inspired by Spain, Portugal, Uruguay & Argentina grill culture, Solis redefines simple, flavour-first cooking. Menu highlights include their signature spatchcock chicken painted in smoked Aji‑Aji oil, flat‑iron steak with peppery entrecôte sauce, and sides like crispy beef croquetas, grilled corn with lime‑chilli crema, and Huevos Rellenos devilled eggs. Don’t miss the ultra-popular Torta de Queso cheesecake or the indulgent Torta de Chocolate, baked fresh daily.

Phed Power
PHED POWER serves up a riot of heat, herbs, and heritage - fiery stir-fries and zingy salads from the streets of Bangkok and the backroads of Issan. Developed by chef-founder Luke Farrell, known for his work at Michelin Bib-awarded Plaza Khao Gaeng and Speedboat Bar, the menu celebrates real Thai street food with unapologetic spice, authentic regional flavours, and ingredients grown in Luke’s own tropical greenhouses. Expect explosive Pad Grapao, punchy papaya salads, and dishes that deliver full-throttle flavour, just like they do in Thailand.

Gracey's
Gracey’s is one of London’s most celebrated pizza joints, founded by James Woodley and Grace Surman. Originally from St Albans, their New Haven-style pizzas earned a cult following for their crispy-yet-chewy bases, rich homemade sauces, and high-quality, thoughtfully sourced toppings.

MEXA
Mexa is a flavour-packed tribute to regional Mexican cooking, rooted in heritage and inspired by family recipes. Named after a term of endearment in Mexico, it brings together tacos, quesadillas, and vibrant seafood dishes that balance depth, heat, and freshness. Menu highlights include crispy Baja fish tacos, cheese-stuffed quesadillas, and slow-cooked Beef Birria - generous, comforting plates full of character.

TIPAN TAPAN
Tipan Tapan brings the bold, soulful flavours of Nepali street food to Arcade. Developed by Arjun Gurung (ex-Berenjak, ex-Fat Duck), the menu is built around traditional sharing plates - from handmade momo dumplings in jhol sauce to crispy pork noodles, spicy choila, and golden squid tareko. Rooted in heritage, made to share.

BEBEK! BEBEK!
Bebek! Bebek! brings the vibrant flavours of Indonesia's warungs and night markets to London. Crafted by chef Luke Farrell (also behind Plaza Khao Gaeng), the menu centres on twice-cooked crispy duck and smashed fried chicken, marinated in aromatic spice blends and fried to perfection. Each dish is accompanied by limey green chilli sambal, kerupuk, and pickled salads. Luke's tropical greenhouses at Ryewater Nursery in Dorset supply the herbs and chillies that infuse every bite with authentic Southeast Asian freshness. Experience a true taste of Java, right in the heart of London.

SUSHI KAMON
Born from the team behind London’s trailblazing Yashin Sushi, Sushi Kamon honours the Japanese art of sushi with a modern twist. Led by chefs who bring years of mastery and innovation to the heart of Arcade, the kitchen combines impeccable seasonal fish, precise technique and unexpected flavour pairings to create sushi that surprises as much as it delights. Their spin-off menu "Katsu Kamon" expands the experience with an array of classic Japanese comfort dishes - from Chicken Katsu Curry Rice to Nagoya Miso Fried Chicken, and Katsu Curry Udon with Tempura Prawns - all crafted with the same dedication to quality and balance.

HERO
Hero is the brainchild of Karam Sethi, the culinary force behind JKS Restaurants. Inspired by Delhi’s vibrant dhaba culture and cult street‑stall makhani sauce, Hero serves loud, bold flavours - think tangy, smoky, spicy, sweet and salty - all balanced with restaurant-level precision. Highlights include BBQ Chicken Tikka Kathi Rolls: Tandoori‑charred, then tossed in rich makhani with peppers, onion, chilli chutneys and wrapped in a flaky paratha. Karam’s goal was to build an “Indian KFC or McDonald’s” for flavour lovers, and Arcade audiences have backed it with cheering demand.

SHATTA & TOUM
Shatta & Toum brings charcoal-spun shawarma and vibrant mezze to Arcade. Each khobez wrap is layered with marinated chicken or crisp falafel, balanced by fiery shatta and cooling garlic toum.
