Born from the idea to put an innovative spin on traditional viennoiserie baking techniques, Pophams Bakery founder Ollie Gold first spent seven years working in catering departments in various Formula 1 teams, travelling around the world and learning about the different food cultures and techniques in every place he visited.
Arcade remains closed as we wait for news on when our industry can resume the show. In the meantime, we're looking for exciting chefs or restaurant brands to launch their own independent kitchen in the Theatre.
