THE LATEST ON ALL THINGS ARCADE.
Flat Iron Workshop is a new Arcade-exclusive test kitchen from the team behind London’s hit Flat Iron steak restaurants – a space wholly dedicated to experimenting with new dishes and specialist cuts.
The creative team behind Barrafina, Quo Vadis and the runaway success of El Pastor have exclusively launched Pastorcito at Arcade Food Theatre.
Led by Kurt Zdesar, top restaurateur behind international brand Chotto Matte, comes Chotto - a new adaptation of the global restaurant concept bringing a more casual but equally bold and authentic taste of Nikkei cuisine.
A new project from the team behind Casa do Frango, the hugely successful Algarvian restaurant in London Bridge, Casita do Frango is the affectionately diminutive outpost – with the same bold flavours – now taking residency at Arcade.
Lina Stores takes its name from the original founder “Lina”, a formidable lady from Genova who established the delicatessen in London’s Soho back in 1944. Over 75 years later, Lina Stores still holds its original Brewer Street location, selling authentic Italian produce and fresh, handmade pasta to a now cult-following.
From the same duo behind cult pop-up TĀTĀ Eatery comes TŌU – a first-of-its-kind katsu sando concept currently taking residence in The Loft at Arcade.
Arcade remains closed as we wait for news on when our industry can resume the show. In the meantime, we're looking for exciting chefs or restaurant brands to launch their own independent kitchen in the Theatre.
